The specific job description of the BUSINESS SUPERVISOR position is as follows:

A. Business management

- Implement and monitor to achieve assigned business plans - Recruit, train, guide, and field sales staff to achieve the Company's targets on Revenue, Output, Packaging Covering, Display... from the Company

- Deploy, monitor and implement programs from the company to distributors, sales staff and to stores in the market.

- Monitor, analyze and report business results periodically (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly...) and send reports to direct management and relevant departments.

- Develop, adjust and propose changes to plans and solutions to achieve set goals.

- Evaluate quarterly performance with distributors on implemented goals and report to the company.

- Support distributors and sales staff to take care of customer development, open new locations, build sales routes... Propose market expansion, expand cooperation with partners such as new distributors, agents... store chains... to increase business efficiency in the assigned area

- Organize meetings, deploy, monitor and evaluate company programs with distributors, sales staff, PGs... to achieve the highest efficiency

B. Customer management

- Responsible for periodic area planning under the direction of direct management - Responsible for building an effective and reasonable sales route based on geography, frequency of visits and accuracy of customer information row

- Ensure sales staff carry out coverage according to the construction plan, and distributors deliver goods according to the agreed plan.

- Directly implement and sign programs to promote sales, image, and market share with important customers (Key customers).

 

C. Goods

- Ensure inventory at distributors promptly meets business plans. Coordinate with Distributors to place orders, track Distributor debt orders...

- Monitor and propose solutions for inventory products, especially slow-selling products at distributors.

- Train sales staff to review and manage inventory at points of sale to ensure timely regulation, rotation as well as meeting the availability of products at customers.

- Train sales staff to implement plans to increase product distribution at point of sale.

D. Ban Bien

- Train sales staff on company presentation standards.

- Control display programs in accordance with regulations.

- Use advertising tools and images to ensure that the sales staff displays products at the point of sale every day.

- Responsible for effective use of display tools

E. Sales

- Responsible for all sales targets of the area under his/her management.

- Allocate targets to sales staff reasonably and transparently.

- Allocating targets to important customers and display customers. - Monitor and urge sales staff to complete daily sales targets at each point of sale.

- Support sales staff to solve daily problems.

- Negotiate and mobilize resources at distributors to ensure sales goals are met.

- Ensure the development of plans to complete targets within assigned resources.

F. Build and develop relationships

- Create good, transparent relationships with distributors, customers...

- Ensure the company's implementations are carried out unanimously and consistently with distributors.

- Conduct monthly meetings to agree on common goals, evaluate progress and summarize with distributor partners.

- Resolve, propose, and promptly report difficult problems or business development plan ideas in the distributor's area.

- Ensure customers' benefits are fully met according to company programs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

I. Job requirements:

- Graduated from University/College.

- Minimum 1 year working experience in a similar position.

- Having experience in the mother and baby industry, diapers, and BVS, having existing relationships with regional agents and distributors is an advantage.

- Able to go on short business trips to provinces,

- Sales, communication, negotiation and listening skills.

- Recruitment, training and team building skills.

- Planning, analysis and synthesis skills, Can handle high pressure at work. - Honesty, responsibility, cooperation, initiative. (specific details discussed during interview) II. Right:
